Express delivery and free returns within 30 days

By placing an order with PartyGo Rentals, the customer (hereafter referred to as “Renter”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required to reserve equipment.
  • Payments accepted are Credit/Debit Card, ACH, Zelle
  • Payment must be received no later than 3 days before the delivery date.

Rush Order Fee

  • Orders placed within 24 hours of the event will incur a $150 rush order fee.

Cancellation Fee Schedule

  • More than 7 days before delivery: 90% of the security deposit will be refunded.

  • Less than 48 hours before delivery: 50% cancellation fee applies.

  • Less than 24 hours before delivery: 100% cancellation fee applies.

  • Special or customized orders: 100% cancellation fee applies to special or customized orders (including but not limited to balloons, linens, tents, helium, propane) once the order is placed.

Dispatch and No Refund Trigger

  • An order is considered dispatched when it is marked “Out for Delivery” in our system or when equipment is physically loaded onto a delivery vehicle for your order. No refunds will be issued after dispatch.

Refund Processing Fee

  • If a refund is issued to a credit card or ACH, a Refund Processing Fee of 10% of the refunded amount will be deducted to cover payment processor charges and administrative handling.
  • If the customer elects store credit instead of a cash refund, the full refundable amount will be issued as store credit and no Refund Processing Fee will apply.
  • Refunds to cash, check, or Zelle do not incur the Refund Processing Fee.

How refunds are calculated and issued

  • The refundable amount equals the amount paid minus the applicable Cancellation Fee and any Refund Processing Fee (if refunding to card/ACH).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Driver wait and re-delivery

  • Drivers will wait up to 5 minutes at the delivery address.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s absence or failure to provide access, a $150 re‑delivery fee will apply and must be paid before re‑delivery.
  • If PartyGo is required to wait more than 5 minutes during delivery or pickup for reasons caused by the Renter, a $150 charge per 30 minutes will apply thereafter.
  • Re‑delivery will be scheduled and charged separately. Must be paid before re-delivery is performed.

Rental Period

The standard rental period is 24 hours. Delivery or pickup adjustments made by PartyGo Rentals will not result in additional charges for the Renter.

Loss or Damage

Renter will be charged for any lost or damaged items at replacement cost.

Liability Waiver

  • PartyGo Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the use of rented equipment.
  • PartyGo Rentals is not liable for damages to the Renter’s property or caused by employees, delivery drivers, or subcontractors during delivery or pickup.
